3 years later, My 2.0 version!

Can you believe it? I don’t know about you; but I do believe it.

Here I am standing on the terrace balcony of my own dream house which I’ve bought in the name of my parents, something which I always wished and now have achieved. All kinds of thoughts are consuming me while I’m sipping chilled water from my glass to soothe my still overwhelming nerves and thinking how far I have came after lots of struggles & barriers since my childhood.

Today I’ve become a renowned Sports Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning expert rehabilitating and training number of great athletes. I have my own Center which includes clinic and gym which are doing great and helping a number of athletes to achieve their goals and people with different diseases to live a quality life.

Do you want to know the fun part of this? Apart from this I’m enjoying a lot in my digital life too. I have my own website & several blog pages with so many loving fans which are growing day by day appreciating the contents and telling me that “how did I know they wanted this?” I know because that’s what I wanted at some point when I didn’t get it and I want my digital family to know or get help when they want it. I also have a sound knowledge of digital marketing and am still engaged in different programs. My combined knowledge of these are giving me a chance to become a “brand” and I’m feeling very proud and grateful like this.

Today, I’ve become someone I was never been earlier which led me to these great heights and will further take me to achieve much more.

For instance, I’ve become an early riser. Oh God! I’m again spending too much of my alone time in my balcony which I’ve gardened beautifully. They take care of me more than I care for them. I love my garden that’s why the first thing I do after waking up is water and nurture them just like I drink water too. What! My plants need company too. Now it’s time to meditate which is also now an irreplaceable 15–20 min of my routine. It gives me a whole lot of energy and concentration to complete my day productively.

My diet has also changed. Today I eat more of healthy & cooked meals and prefer to divide small meals throughout day. Let me tell you, I love eating by chewing and relishing the juicy flavor in my mouth itself rather than sipping juice. I prefer eating whole fruit than drinking juices. I also drink lots of water.

I have become more organized and prepared which I was never able to be earlier. Every Sunday I make a weekly schedule & plan separate days for updates, blogs, website functions, digital marketing. I also make everyday planner to organize my day productively.

I also read everyday and have a great collection of books in my study ranging from science, medical, classic, self help, motivational, fiction too. Every evening I also do my workout of 30–45 min which I enjoy the most. My fitness levels are great and regularly measure them. I also take out some quality time with my family having fun and chatting away all the stress. We usually eat breakfast and dinner together and enjoy our meals.

I’m living a life I’ve always dreamt of but it’s not the end because we all know “the sky is the limit”. However I think our desires and thoughts are the limit. We can have n number of dreams to achieve and it will never end because dreams are the fuel which keep us going forward.

So, Let’s continue Dreaming More, Dreaming Bigger, Dreaming Better. Who knows I might be writing and achieving my 2.0 version again!
